01Who we are
This website is operated by DTS Autopart Co., Ltd. (“DTS”, “we”), a supplier of automotive A/C and cooling parts based in Bangkok, Thailand. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
02What we collect
- When you send an inquiry
- Your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, country, LINE ID and phone or WhatsApp number. The inquiry type is set automatically by the page or button you used to open the form. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.
- Security checks
- The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile against spam. Your IP address is used briefly to verify the check and to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It is not stored with your inquiry.
- Browsing the site
- No advertising or analytics cookies, and no visitor profiles. Our hosting provider handles technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
03How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on the business you asked about.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
- To keep this website and the inquiries sent through it secure.
We rely on your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
04Who processes it for us
A small number of service providers process data only to provide their service to us:

Some of these providers store or process data outside Thailand. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
05How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business relationship and records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
06Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), and similar laws where you live, you can ask us to:
- AccessGet a copy of the data we hold about you
- CorrectFix data that is wrong or incomplete
- DeleteErase your data, or restrict how we use it
- Object or moveObject to its use, or move it elsewhere where that applies
We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
07Security
Inquiries are stored in a database that only authorised DTS team members can reach, over encrypted connections. Access is controlled by role and every change is logged.
08Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
